FP&A Coordinator, Construction Services

FP&A Coordinator, Construction Services supports the financial planning, reporting, and operational effectiveness of RXR Construction Services. Key duties include month-end close, KPI tracking, development and analysis of the Annual Business Plan, and overseeing supervisory fee tracking. The role involves project management financial systems support, process-improvement initiatives, creating prime contracts and initial project setups with project teams, insurance compliance, and managing project closeout to ensure timely reconciliation and permit closure. Collaboration across Design, Preconstruction, and Operations, with opportunities to support marketing and business development as needed.
