FP&A Coordinator, Construction Services

Support the month-end financial close process, including preparation and analysis of reports for executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders. Build, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and financial data across business segments to support strategic decision-making. Assist with the development, tracking, and analysis of the Annual Business Plan and oversee supervisory fee tracking. Provide ongoing support for project management financial systems, create prime contracts, and execute initial project setups. Manage project closeout processes for soft and hard costs to ensure timely financial reconciliation and permit closure. Assist with insurance compliance and process improvements within project management operations. Collaborate with leaders across Design, Preconstruction, and Operations to ensure accurate reporting and efficient project workflows.
