Job Summary
Support the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles for TransUnion Philippines, preparing and analyzing monthly financial results including P&L and variance analysis. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning, while partnering with functional leaders to understand financial drivers and cost trends. Provide timely insights to support operational initiatives, assist in identifying risks, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data reporting. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to deliver accurate analysis and stakeholder support for decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis roles
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization, preferably within shared services or regional finance teams
- Exposure to ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms
- Working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Experience supporting APAC or global finance processes
