Job Summary
FP&A Business Analyst in Berlin region focusing on performance analysis, revenue forecasting, and turning data insights into actionable strategies. Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Product, and Engineering to align initiatives with broader business objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, conducting variance analysis, preparing leadership dashboards, developing short- and long-term forecasts, leading planning cycles, automating data workflows, and leveraging modern technologies (including AI/advanced analytics) to improve reporting and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience applying data analytics to solve complex business problems
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL; proficiency in Python preferred; advanced Excel skills required
- Experience in forecasting and financial modeling
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and perform deep-dive analyses
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Experience building automated workflows, data pipelines, and scalable reporting systems
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
