Job Summary
FP&A Analyst role focused on supporting Growth Markets Development Plan (GMDP) and World Rugby Events & Media (WREM) budgets, with emphasis on month-end/year-end close, variance analysis, and delivering insight-led updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, analysing cost drivers, ensuring information reconciles to financial accounts, and providing FP&A support across programmes. Key activities involve budgeting/forecasting/variance analysis, financial modelling, and communicating findings to finance and non-finance audiences. The role requires strong numerical/analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), stakeholder-facing experience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working is available with three days out of home and two core office days, across London (UK) and Dublin (Ireland) offices.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
