FP&A Analyst

Conduct monthly closing activities by reviewing expense accruals and deferred expenses to ensure the P&L accurately reflects business performance. Track key performance indicators across the P&L, balance sheet, and headcount, analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities. Build, maintain, and consolidate clear financial dashboards that streamline reporting for leadership and departmental teams. Provide analytical insights and financial modeling support to help teams hit strategic and operational goals, while preparing targeted ad-hoc analysis for initiatives including revenue growth and international expansion. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable, offering clear explanations of business assumptions and actionable recommendations. Manage multiple monthly priorities independently while maintaining strong relationships across international teams, with a requirement for 4+ days of office attendance per month. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
