Job Summary
FP&A Analyst role within TOMRA UK focusing on budgeting and forecasting, data analysis, KPI reporting, and business partnering with managers across the organization. The role emphasizes turning financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting smarter decision-making to scale the UK business. Candidates are expected to be curious, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders; qualifications include 2–3 years+ experience and/or newly qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, with a structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications
