Job Summary
FP&A Analyst for SG&A Central Support focused on partnering with department heads to manage budgets and provide clear variance analysis. Responsibilities include owning the monthly SG&A reporting package, communicating variances, supporting cost-efficiency opportunities, and assisting in monthly/quarterly forecasts. Collaborative role across HR, Marketing, IT, and Operations Support with cross-functional data preparation for financial models. Requirements include a bachelor’s in finance/accounting/business, 1–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and ability to explain budget data to non-finance audiences. Hybrid work arrangement with Salt Lake City base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, analytics, operations, or a related function
- Strong communication skills — you can explain budget data to a non-finance audience without jargon
- Relationship-builder who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Organized and proactive — you stay on top of deadlines and don’t wait to be asked
- Solid working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with ERP or financial planning systems is a plus
