FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst role based in Melbourne, Australia, focused on commercial partnering, pricing modeling, and AI-enabled FP&A workflows. Responsibilities include modeling and simulating commercial pricing with Sales, setting data-backed quotas and targets with Sales leadership, optimizing unit economics with Marketing and Growth, and analysing margin movements. You’ll build and iterate on AI/LLM tooling to automate FP&A work, apply statistical methods to forecasting and analysis, and develop monthly financial deep-dives, dashboards, and reporting. Tools and environments used include Databricks, Claude Code, Gemini, Aleph, and Xero. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting, 2+ years in FP&A or related roles, hands-on AI/LLMs experience, strong SQL/BI skills, advanced Excel, and a structured, self-starting approach.
