FP&A Analyst

Job Summary
Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans while analyzing performance to identify trends that drive operational and strategic decisions. Partner with cross-functional leaders in Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Technology to provide financial guidance, evaluate business initiatives, and assess new locations, menu concepts, and capital investments through ROI and sensitivity analyses. Build and enhance financial models for scenario planning, prepare monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and KPI dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and data accuracy. Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for executive leadership. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 2–4 years of FP&A experience, and mandatory proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and AI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and distill insights clearly
- Master in Excel and financial planning systems
- Experience with AI and BI tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
