FP&A Analyst - Operations

Job Summary
Track, analyze, and manage costs across clinic locations; perform variance analysis on operational spend; support budgeting for clinic-level expenses; build reporting tools to provide leadership with clear visibility into cost performance; analyze revenue performance and build financial models for clinic ROI including projected revenues and payback periods; partner with Development to financially back expansion decisions; aggregate data for financial models and rolling forecasts; assist in updating monthly/quarterly forecast packages; support ad-hoc financial analysis across FP&A; hybrid work arrangement with Salt Lake City base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, analytics, operations, or a related function
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel
- Curiosity-driven mindset — you ask why, not just what
- Ability to translate data into a clear, concise narrative
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience with financial modeling or data visualization tools is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare, dental, or multi-site operations is a bonus but not required
