FP&A Analyst

Job Summary
FP&A Analyst provides value-added financial analytics to Moss’s Solar division, supporting forecasts, budgeting, and executive reporting. Key duties include aggregating forecasts and reconciling them to actuals, performing complex analyses and sensitivity analyses, preparing ad-hoc analyses with actionable recommendations, and communicating financial information to internal teams. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical capabilities, accounting concepts knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with FP&A tools and data visualization. Exposure to commercial construction and/or renewable energy construction management is a plus; experience with data systems (e.g., SQL, data lakes) and tools (PowerBI, Workday Adaptive Planning) is helpful. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 1-2 years’ progressive finance or Big Four experience preferred
- Excel skills and financial modeling
- ability to analyze and link financial results to operational performance
