Job Summary
FP&A Analyst to analyze and optimize the company’s financial performance, build annual budgets and monthly/quarterly reforecasts, develop financial models, conduct variance analysis, and prepare management-facing reports and dashboards. Collaborates with sales and operations to provide analytical insights, supports cost management and profitability initiatives, and drives process improvements in reporting tools and data automation. Requires strong accounting/finance knowledge, GAAP, ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; on-site work in Longmont, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing or the medical device industry
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management is a plus
- Ability to interpret financial statements and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights
- Report preparation and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of ERP systems for financial planning and analysis
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
