FP&A Analyst-(Maternity Leave Cover)

Job Summary
Own the operating expense forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and budget tracking. Drive the annual operating planning process in partnership with budget owners across the organization. Partner with department leaders to review financial performance, provide insights, and support business decisions. Manage the PR/PO financial workflow, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and company policies. Perform budget versus actual variance analysis and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities. Improve FP&A reporting, dashboards, and planning processes to increase visibility and efficiency. This role requires 2+ years of Corporate FP&A experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in-office in the Israel Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A
- hands-on experience managing operating expenses (Opex)
- experience with budgeting
- experience with forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making
- Experience working with procurement processes, including PO/PR workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Pigment
- Experience developing financial dashboards
