Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to support commercial decision-making and business performance by providing financial insight on new opportunities, contract renewals, and strategic initiatives. Analyse margins, profitability, and business performance to identify growth opportunities, while supporting pricing governance and evaluating complex commercial contracts. Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that influence outcomes for Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, and senior leaders. This role focuses on turning financial data into actionable advice within a growing technology services business, fostering a collaborative environment where finance acts as a trusted advisor rather than a traditional reporting function.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or Management Accounting
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Advanced Excel capability
- Commercial awareness and confidence influencing stakeholders across the business
- The ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations
- This isn't a traditional reporting role
- 3 days a week in office
- Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Northwich office
