Job Summary
FP&A Analyst with a strong FP&A and business analysis background to analyze financial, operational, sales, pricing, and customer data, translate large data sets into actionable insights, support forecasting/budgeting, develop KPI dashboards and management reporting, evaluate pricing and margin performance, partner with sales/operations to drive profitability, and assist with data integrity and reporting automation; cross-functional collaboration with leadership, finance, sales, and operations to provide actionable recommendations and drive strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, commercial finance, or related analytical roles
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools

- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required
