Job Summary
FP&A Analyst role focusing on pricing, promotion, and commercial policy analysis within Revenue Growth Management; AI-enabled FP&A solutions development and deployment; support forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis across a global portfolio; requires strong Excel, SAP, Power BI, and experience with AI/tools; office-based in Amsterdam with in-person work 3 days/week.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance and/or IT, FP&A, or related analytical roles, including internships
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large data sets
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI, automation, or analytics tools to improve finance processes, reporting, forecasting, analysis, or productivity
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, ChatGPT/CODEX, automation solutions, or advanced analytics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
