FP&A Analyst - Forecasting & Budgeting

Job Summary
Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly operating results for the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, identifying underlying factors and providing analysis-driven recommendations for improvement. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparation, review of projected financial results, detailed variance analysis, and scenario bridges to highlight key EBITDA drivers. Manage the CAPEX request intake process by collecting, reviewing, and organizing capital expenditure submissions to ensure policy compliance, while maintaining tracking models for project-level approvals and spending. Independently interpret complex financial trends to optimize profitability and cost efficiency, partnering with operational teams on EBITDA improvement initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 0-2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Based in an office environment with occasional field duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or Accounting
- 0 - 2 years' experience in Finance or Accounting Analyst role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a strong focus on Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
