Job Summary
FP&A Analyst role within Fever’s FP&A team, partnering with Legal, Operations, and Sales to analyze historical financials, KPI performance, and growth initiatives; responsibilities include extracting insights from financial data, performing cross-group analyses, updating management accounts and KPI reporting, advising on future growth initiatives, challenging FP&A processes, and supporting the implementation of new Business Analytics tools. The position emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with multiple departments in a high-growth, global business, with a Madrid location and home-office flexibility. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance related fields (Economics, Business, Accounting, etc.)
- 1-2 or more of years experience in Finance, Audit, Strategy, Transaction Advisory or similar roles
- Deep knowledge of business's financial and accounting dynamics (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow interactions).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Be an excellent team player eager to work hard with a proactive approach, constantly coordinating with other departments
