Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes while partnering with business units to analyze financial drivers and support commercial decision-making. Prepare monthly variance analysis, insights, and presentations for senior stakeholders, and develop financial models and dashboards to enhance visibility. Drive continuous improvement and automation across FP&A processes, ensuring governance, control compliance, and alignment with audit standards. This role offers strong exposure to senior management and influences decision-making through high-quality financial insight. The position requires a qualified accountant with at least two years' experience, strong Excel and data-driven analysis capabilities, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively. Hybrid working is available with a minimum of two days on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- at least 2 years' post‐qualification experience
- Excellent financial, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
- Strong Excel capability with experience in data‐driven analysis
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders effectively
- Highly organised, detail‐oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Power BI or similar tools
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial modelling
- familiarity with SAP or other planning systems
