FP&A Analyst

Job Summary
FP&A Analyst responsible for analyzing financial data to support strategic and operational decision-making, including monthly/quarterly/annual reports, variance analysis against budgets/forecasts, budgeting/forecasting support, evaluating financial impact of projects and product launches, cross-functional collaboration with sales/operations/procurement, cash flow projection, and assisting in audits. Requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, 2–4 years of financial analysis experience, Advanced Excel (pivot tables; macros a plus), ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and strong analytical and communication skills. Position located in Tlalnepantla (Estado de México), Mexico with in-person work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros are a plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred for multinational environments)
