Job Summary
FP&A Analyst role in Limassol, Cyprus focusing on preparing monthly management accounts, supporting group consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and variance analysis. Responsible for updating reporting templates, ensuring data integrity, liaising with business-unit Directors to resolve discrepancies, and assisting with process improvements and key financial controls. Requires 3-4 years in FP&A or audit, ACCA/ACA membership, advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query), experience with SAP Business One (preferred), and fluency in Greek and English. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with a good grasp of Cypriot accounting standards and financial statements. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration across entities to maintain reliable financial reporting for the Cyprus-based operations.
Required Qualifications
- ACCA or ACA member
- Minimum 3-4 years FP&A or audit experience
- Strong Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modelling
- Experience with SAP Business One (preferred)
- Greek and English proficiency
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of Cypriot accounting standards
- Ability to consolidate and prepare management accounts and reporting packs
