Job Summary
FP&A Analyst responsible for analyzing key financial metrics (sales, margins, working capital, cash flow), conducting variance analysis versus budgets/forecasts, and translating findings into actionable insights for decision-makers. Develop and enhance financial reporting, own short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting and planning processes, and identify current and future financial risks and opportunities. Analyze manufacturing cost structures (materials, labor, overhead variances) to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities. Build financial models to support business cases, capital investments, and strategic initiatives using DCF, IRR, and NPV methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational decision-making and partner with engineering and marketing on NPI cost structure validation and margin expectations. Travel up to 25%; position can be based at any BAC location in the Americas (MD, DE, CA, TN, or Monterrey, Mexico).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline that requires a high degree of data analysis
