FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst to provide robust analysis feeding forecasting, budgeting and a 3-year plan, partnering with multiple business areas. Key duties include creating complex financial models and forecasts, producing insights to support strategic planning and decision-making, simplifying complex financial data for stakeholders, and delivering high-quality analyses for investor and debt-provider information requests. Responsibilities also cover cost management, cashflow tracking, due diligence for acquisitions, ongoing program-benefits tracking, and driving continuous improvement across the finance function. Essential skills include financial modelling of P&L, balance sheet and cashflow, strong communication, attention to detail, and experience in financial services; qualifications focus on ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 5+ years in finance. Desirable experience includes cashflow reporting and financial services sector exposure. The role offers work-from-home options with hybrid working.
