Job Summary
Own the monthly reporting process and distribution of financial results to operations teams and senior leadership. Manage the recurring FP&A reporting cycle covering weekly P&L forecasts, technician performance, cashflow trends, labor margins, and operational KPIs. Assist with month-end close activities, annual budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, headcount planning, and M&A integration efforts. Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to enhance reporting capabilities and work directly with local operations teams to support P&L optimization, pay-plan adjustments, and pricing strategies. This role sits on the West Regional Partners Services team supporting brands across 11+ states in the Western U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar
- 1+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, accounting, or similar corporate finance functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Working understanding of core financial modeling concepts
- Working understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
- Takes initiative, eager to learn, problem solve, and develop in your career
- This role is based fully on-site at our West Regional office located in Denver, Colorado
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree / CPA / MBA a plus
