Job Summary
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial analysis while preparing variance reports, management reporting packages, and financial models. Analyze trends, KPIs, and business drivers to support decision-making, and support ad hoc analysis, headcount reporting, and performance tracking. Partner with accounting and operational teams to ensure reporting accuracy and contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements. This role works closely with finance leadership and business partners to deliver meaningful insights and reporting within a well-established organization in the Bethesda, MD area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytical experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred
- Exposure to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Unanet, Costpoint, or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
