Fox Toyota - Service Porter (Full-Time)

Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location. Determine if customers have an appointment, then record their name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage. Maintain a clean and safe service drive area free of dirt, water, leaves, or snow, while controlling service traffic flow and parking. Assist service advisors when needed, clean and wash customer cars and the loaner fleet, and maintain the car wash bay and service shop. Adhere to all customer service processes, gas vehicles as needed, and ensure professional conduct and appearance. Must have a clean, valid driver's license and be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
