Job Summary
Fourth Grade Teacher responsible for designing and delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum for fourth-grade students, using data to drive instruction and ongoing refinement of instruction and assessment. Collaborates with faculty to share best practices, analyzes student data, maintains an organized, safe classroom environment, and communicates regularly with parents/guardians about student progress. Keeps a high-expectation classroom culture aligned with college preparation goals, supports a team-focused school mission, and demonstrates strong organizational skills, receptiveness to feedback, and a commitment to professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree
- Valid OH teaching certificate/license or must be in the process of obtaining a valid OH teaching certificate/license in subject area to be taught
