Job Summary
Certified Elementary (Fourth Grade) teacher responsible for delivering state-aligned instruction, assessing student progress, maintaining comprehensive records, collaborating with instructional coaches, parents, and the community, and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom culture. Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, using diverse instructional strategies and technology, implementing formative and summative assessments, analyzing data to drive targeted interventions, managing behavior with trauma-informed practices and restorative justice, and participating in professional development, family engagement events, and school-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Valid Missouri teaching certificate or eligibility for certification
