Job Summary
Lead field engineering activities, verify design alignment with real-world conditions, and drive projects from concept through closeout. Develop project execution plans, oversee quality control tasks, and manage projects within time, cost, and scope constraints. Supervise and mentor project engineers, define objectives, and evaluate performance while ensuring specifications comply with regulatory codes. Prepare capital allocation requests, develop procurement specifications, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to adopt efficient practices. Interface with the environmental department for permitting and perform risk analysis to mitigate project delays.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years practical experience in underground industry
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Direct experience working in an Underground environment
