Job Summary
The Infrastructure Engineering Lead will oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of mining infrastructure across operations. This role requires leading the design and execution of projects such as site access roads, processing facilities, and water management systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental guidelines, managing budgets and schedules, and providing mentorship to teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and substantial experience in mining infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 8–12 years’ experience in mining/industrial infrastructure projects, including leadership
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mining infrastructure, construction standards, and HSE regulations
- Skilled in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication
- Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Deswik, etc.) with analytical problem-solving skills
