Foundry Supervisor

Lead day-to-day production activities in green sand foundry operations to achieve company goals while maintaining acceptable scrap and waste levels. Enforce a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with all company policies and OSHA standards. Develop, coach, and mentor melt personnel while promoting teamwork and accountability across the department. Oversee and audit 5S+1 workplace organization standards and collaborate with scheduling and supply chain teams to ensure materials and resources are available. Conduct staff performance evaluations, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans. Apply strong leadership to uphold company rules, regulations, and union agreements. Requires hands-on experience in green sand foundry operations and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours is required.
