Job Summary

Maintenance Technician in an investment casting foundry to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment; perform preventative maintenance on foundry equipment, wax presses, furnaces, conveyors, pumps, and facility systems; diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; install, modify, and improve production equipment; complete work orders and maintenance documentation; respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime; assist with facility maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives; follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or foundry environments
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety
  • Familiarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety procedures
  • Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production
