Job Summary
Founding Technical Recruiter responsible for end-to-end engineering, product, and design recruiting. Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close, proactively build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles, and partner with engineering and product leaders to define ideal candidates and outcomes. Develop repeatable sourcing playbooks, calibration frameworks, and pipeline tracking to raise the bar over time, while serving as a credible ambassador for Paraform’s mission and product. Demonstrated ability to close strong engineering candidates in a competitive market, strong technical literacy to discuss tech stacks and engineering culture, and a high ownership mindset to build recruiting infrastructure in a high-growth startup.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- in-house experience at a high-growth startup
- proven track record closing engineering candidates
- strong sourcing chops and ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
- ability to partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- ability to define and sharpen interview processes, scorecards, and candidate experience for technical hires
- ownership mentality and ability to operate without a playbook
- builder mindset with comfort creating process and structure
