Job Summary
Own the Talent end-to-end process from job design through structured interviews to offer and close. Build a proactive Talent Engine by sourcing exceptional tech and non-tech candidates while raising the hiring bar with scorecards and trained interviewers. Shape the employer brand for AI talent through content, events, and a strong referral loop. Partner with founders on rituals, onboarding handovers, and feedback loops to foster a culture of kindness and candor. This role drives high-impact hiring at a Berlin startup transforming audits with AI, offering a path to Head of Talent with meaningful equity and uncapped growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of TA in a fast environment (startup/scale-up or agency)
- Have hired top talent before and know the difference in how to assess them
- Communicate clearly, leverage our founding team, and make data driven decisions fast
- Can show early-stage track record you're proud of
- Think in systems and improve with data
