Job Summary
Founding Solutions Engineer to own enterprise customer onboarding from contract signature to production launch; work directly with customer engineering teams to design and debug integrations, help with rollout plans and implementation approaches, and support the sales process by answering technical questions. The role includes building the post-sales function from scratch, improving API docs, and developing ERP connectors. Requires 2–5 years of technical, customer-facing, or post-sales experience, ability to read API docs and logs, write scripts, strong communication and ownership, and fluency in English (Spanish is a nice-to-have). Based in Madrid with at least 3 days per week in the office, reporting to the founders initially, and ESOP participation; compensation in EUR with a salary range of €50–70k plus ESOP.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as software engineer or post-sales technical support
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable reading API docs, logs, HTTP requests, and JSON/XML payloads
- Able to write code or scripts when needed
- Strong communication, ownership, and structured thinking
- Comfortable working directly with customers and driving projects forward
