Job Summary
Founding Software Engineer to ship end-to-end, full-stack features and build AI agents that power real clinical workflows for a growing base of pediatric practices. You’ll own problems from the first line of code through customer interactions, help shape the stack and engineering culture, and contribute to product decisions by translating therapists’ pain into features. Both experienced (3-8+ years) and exceptional junior (1-3 years) profiles are welcome, with production-ready AI agent projects and strong CS fundamentals as key indicators. Stack includes TypeScript, React, and LangChain; relocation support is provided for candidates outside San Francisco. Responsibilities include shipping production features across the full stack, building and maintaining AI agents, coordinating with therapists to inform product direction, and helping define technical direction and hiring bar. Benefits include base salary of $160k-$210k, equity, health/dental/vision, 401(k), daily lunch and gym, and relocation assistance for non-SF candidates.
