Job Summary
Founding Software Engineer responsible for owning the full product lifecycle from design review through deployment, building the core product from scratch using React, TypeScript, and a Meta-framework (Next.js, Remix, etc.) with rapid adoption of TanStack Start. Implement robust server-state and caching strategies (TanStack/React Query) to ensure high performance (Core Web Vitals) and develop a product-focused UI with responsive layouts, strong accessibility, and a tidy component system (Tailwind, Radix/shadcn a plus). Requires 5+ years of professional React + TypeScript experience, deep server-state/caching expertise, and experience with a Meta-framework (SSR/routing/data loading). Nice-to-have TanStack ecosystem experience, Vite/Nitro, Figma translation skills, and design-system maintenance. Perks include competitive salary plus equity and fully-covered health insurance.
