Job Summary

Founding Sales Enablement Manager to architect onboarding, product training, coaching, content, and LMS from end to end across a GTM org of 60+ reps. You’ll fully rebuild onboarding for AEs, SDRs, and CSMs, design scalable product enablement for a platform that evolves weekly, and develop scalable training content, playbooks, and certification paths. You’ll partner with GTM leadership to identify skill gaps, deliver live training and workshops, and measure success through ramp time and quota attainment, iterating fast to build a scalable system for current and future scale. Strong emphasis on building enablement programs from scratch, owning live sessions, and driving measurable performance improvements in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. Bonus if you’ve previously been a high-performing rep transitioning into enablement and have experience in Series A–D startups with rapidly changing GTM motions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of enablement or a field-facing GTM role (AE, SDR, or CSM)
  • B2B SaaS background
  • Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch
  • LMS fluency (SkillJar preferred)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Autonomy and ability to work in lean teams or as a team of one
