Job Summary
Founding RevOps Lead responsible for end-to-end revenue operations stack, including CRM/forecasting/pipeline management, Salesforce administration, data integrity, and scalable processes. Build and optimize GTM systems, drive forecasting and quota setting, enable revenue teams with clear processes and documentation, establish operating cadences and performance reviews, and collaborate with sales, growth, and GTM Engineering to identify and close gaps in the funnel. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops, strong analytics, Salesforce expertise, AI-driven mindset, and a track record of scaling revenue operations in a growth-stage company. The role focuses on shaping RevOps strategy, governance, and the overall sales motion at Netic, reporting up to Sales Leadership and partnering across product, sales, and external teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a growth-stage company
- Strong analytical mindset with data, models, and metrics
- Experience with quotas and SDR quota setting
- Meaningful experience with Salesforce and ability to coordinate with Salesforce developers
- AI native—experience using AI to speed up work
- Relentless operational excellence and meticulous execution
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners
- High-ownership leadership and accountability
