Job Summary
Own full-cycle hiring across engineering and GTM roles, working directly with founders on every hire to accelerate velocity. Build sourcing playbooks, interview processes, and recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including agency management and tools like Ashby and Calendly. Execute proactive outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Juicebox, and Harmonic to source technical and GTM candidates. Manage external agencies and push back on hiring managers with data-driven opinions. On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco with visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles at startups
- high-growth (seed to Series B) experience
- built or owned recruiting somewhere
- Proactive outbound sourcer
- Ashby or similar sourcing tool experience
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- AI/enrichment tools experience (Clay, Juicebox, and Harmonic)
- AI-forward working style
- Conviction mindset with data-driven opinions
- Grit for the sourcing grind
- Polished, professional LinkedIn presence
- SF-based location
- On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco
- Visa sponsorship eligibility
