Founding Product Manager

Own the customer experience end to end and set the roadmap for Ultra's software ecosystem. Embed on-site with warehouse associates, supervisors, and operators to watch how robots and software get used, then incorporate those learnings into shipped features. Design and prototype interfaces yourself using tools like Cursor or Claude Code, then ship with engineering teams to move from prototype to production. Own the hardware/software seam by defining product problems around latency, faults, teleop handoffs, and safety states. Serve every user type, from warehouse associates to executives, while supporting GTM through customer calls, demos, and pilots. Communicate externally to customers, partners, and the world. This horizontal role spans hardware, software, autonomy, deployments, operations, sales, and leadership as you scale from tens to thousands of robot deployments.
