Founding Product Manager (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Own product discovery and the roadmap end-to-end, driving customer evidence to prioritize features and deliver measurable business value. Build the product operating model from scratch, establishing discovery cadence and aligning design, engineering, and product as a unified team. Partner with the CEO on go-to-market and pricing while becoming a fluent GRC expert in controls, audit evidence, and EU AI Act regulations. Drive your own access to auditors and risk managers to conduct discovery, ensuring rigorous evaluation and auditability in AI-native solutions. Work directly with the founding team to define the product's trajectory toward Head of Product.
Required Qualifications
- You've worked inside a genuinely empowered product organization

- A track record of owning outcomes, not just shipping features
- You can point to a decision you made from customer evidence and the result it drove
- Strong product experience in B2B SaaS
- You drive your own access to customers

- You can stand up the operating model, not just operate within one

Desired Qualifications
- Comfort working closely with technical founders and engineering teams
- Experience with AI-native products or LLM-powered features
- Exposure to GRC, compliance, audit, risk, or regulated industries (regtech, Big4, infosec)
