Job Summary
Design the control tower for multi-leg shipments, alerting and intervention experiences, and Logiblock, our node-based workflow builder. Create AI-native surfaces that make machine reasoning legible and define the design system for dense operational screens. Own design end-to-end from sketch to shipped interface, working directly with the founding team and engineers. Participate in customer calls to derive design briefs and set the visual standard for the team.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of professional product design experience
- strong across interaction, visual, and systems design
- lean toward the complex end: dashboards, ops tooling, dev tools, fintech, logistics, anything data-dense
- You've shipped software with real users and can show the decisions behind the work, not just the final frames
- fluent in Figma
- prototype well enough to communicate motion and interaction
- can own design end to end as the first designer, with no team to lean on
- based in San Francisco
- excited about being in the office (4 days a week)
