Job Summary
Founding Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience of Lance’s AI agents for hotel operations. Establish design language from the ground up, translate complex AI workflows into intuitive interfaces, and own the design system across platforms. Collaborate with founders, product managers, and engineers to define long-term design vision and short-term execution, conduct user research and usability testing, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation with engineering. Emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and product thinking for a B2B SaaS context.
Required Qualifications
- A world-class portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX, visual design, and product thinking
- Experience in product design, with a focus on complex B2B SaaS or enterprise applications
- Deep expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- High ownership and a bias for action; comfortable moving fast and creating structure
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React) is a major plus
