Founding Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design process across Sapiom's core product — from early discovery and requirements gathering with Product, through iterative visual design, to guiding implementation with Engineering. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape strategic direction, define and evolve the design system, and deliver interfaces for complex, high-stakes transaction flows (agentic spend authorization, policy enforcement UX, real-time transaction monitoring) and developer-facing configuration. Shape the design language as the product matures, ensure trust in the developer experience, and foster a culture of candor and ownership as an early team member.
