Job Summary
Design and iterate user interfaces across platforms to enhance the overall user experience for insurance workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product design strategies while utilizing Figma for high-fidelity prototypes and specifications. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, and develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization to drive product innovation. This role supports a venture-backed AI and B2B software company focused on automating tasks for carriers, agents, and brokers.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in product design
- strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work
- Proficiency in Figma
- experience with design systems
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies
