Job Summary
Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method, guiding members with expert cues to ensure safety, alignment, and confidence. Own your class schedule by securing subs promptly and provide clear, upbeat support for modifications, policies, and promotions. Build community by connecting with members before, during, and after class to foster a welcoming atmosphere. As a true BODYBAR ambassador, bring high energy to every session while inspiring clients to build strength and connection. Complete and pass the Instructor Training Program and maintain CPR/AED certification. Join the team at 180 & Maple, opening Nov/Dec, with hybrid compensation including class rates, hourly training pay, and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel strong
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement
- Complete and pass BODYBAR's Instructor Training Program
- CPR & AED Certification
- Instructors must obtain and provide proof of Instructor liability insurance as requested
Desired Qualifications
- Pilates or group fitness experience (preferred, not required)
