Job Summary
Founding Partner Success Lead in NYC with hybrid schedule (2 days/week in-office) shaping an AI-powered education platform. Own client relationships end-to-end with institutional partners, driving renewals and expansion in a high-touch model. Engage with higher education enrollment stakeholders (VP/Director-levels at colleges and universities) and coordinate activities such as webinars and data transfers to reflect client needs. Ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds relationships, and uses data and AI tools to move the needle on partnerships, growth, and retention. Base location is New York, NY with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, partnerships, or account management
- Experience owning client relationships end-to-end
- Familiarity with higher education enrollment workflows and buyers (enrollment marketing, VP/Director-level at colleges and universities)
- A track record of driving renewals or expansion in a high-touch, relationship-driven model
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; comfort with data and a genuine curiosity about AI tools
