Job Summary
Founding Marketer needed to own growth and narrative from day one for an AI-native stablecoin account. Responsibilities include defining and executing the company narrative, building and scaling acquisition channels, designing launch strategies, driving founder-led content initiatives, owning lifecycle marketing and retention programs, running growth experiments across channels, building agents and automations to increase marketing leverage, creating and shipping content at high velocity, solving growth challenges with no predefined playbook, and driving user growth and engagement across the funnel. Requires 3+ years in marketing or similar roles, product/0→1 experience, startup growth track record, public profile presence, strong GTM understanding without large budgets, AI-native mindset, fast execution, and end-to-end ownership of growth outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a marketer or similar roles
- Experience taking a product or company from 0 to 1
- Worked at an early-stage startup and driven growth from zero to meaningful user adoption
- Built a public profile through a podcast, YouTube channel, newsletter, Twitter/X audience, Substack, meme page, or similar
- Strong understanding of GTM without brand recognition, large budgets, or existing playbooks
- AI-native mindset with experience building agents, content pipelines, research workflows, automation systems, or outbound engines
- Ability to write, ship, and iterate quickly
- Comfortable owning growth outcomes end-to-end
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
